​WHO MAY ENROLL?

  •   Children are accepted regardless of race, national origin, or religious creed.
  •    All children must be 18-months to five-years as of September 1 to enroll.
  •    All children must be 3-years and toilet trained to enroll in our preschool classes.
  •    Students in our Bridge class must be five-years old or have approval from a Director.

HOW DO I ENROLL?

  • Click enrollment link above and complete online registration form
    • Name, address and phone of one emergency contact must be provided (this contact may reside out of town)
    • Name, address and phone of physician must be provided
  • ​Pay registration/supply fee immediately upon receipt of invoice
  • Submit Health Statement signed by your health-care provider (use our form or your doctor’s version)
  • Submit a copy of your child’s current immunization records ​​

​CLASS PLACEMENT IS NOT SECURE UNTIL ALL ITEMS ARE RECEIVED
